All qoutes are as listed above and include up to two bathrooms/shower rooms/WC's, 1 reception room, 1 kitchen and 2 floors/levels. Balconies and gardens are included. 

Sunday/Bank holidays bookings: additional £50

Same day bookings: NO CHARGE ( subject to availability)

Same day reports: additional £50

Late cancelations are subject to £60 fee. 24 hours notice required. 

Reports will be availabe whitin 24 hours of attending the site.
